Extras - Just incase Personal Training is not enough!

Workouts2u's personal trainer Alex Lane offers many other services as well as PT's!

BOOTCAMP
Another class is Bootcamp. This class is a fun and exciting way to workout! Every class is different, pushing each individual to their physical limit. All abilities are welcome. Classes use a variety of equipment from battleropes to ploymetric boxes.
Spaces are charged at £5 (Free for Full members at Wyre Forest Leisure Centre) but are limited so be sure to book in advance to avoid disappointment.

Group Cycling
Looking to burn over 500 calories in 45 minutes? This is the class for you! Group cycling is a challenging class for all abilities, with the lastest bikes link up your smart phone to see a week on week improvement and set your own goals to aim towards. Alex runs a class on Saturday mornings at 9:30am-10:15am also a bonus second class at 10:30am-11:15am!
