Advice - what do we offer?
At Workouts2u we offer a basic food plan for a healthy lifestyle. The food plan is carefully put together around your current eating habits in order to be as easy to follow, and stick to, as possible.
Food plans are individually designed to meet each clients particular needs. Alex will talk to you about your fitness goals and design a plan that will give you the required nutrients so that you can be at your best.
Plans will last your whole fitness journey and are a one off cost of £20.00! Also available for FREE when buying a multipack of Personal Training Sessions.
Exercise programs include a plan and a list of exercises to complete for 4 weeks. Each exercise program is designed individually by Alex Lane after a discussion with the client about their specific goals/needs. Exercises included are chosen by carefully planning the route to your end fitness goal to insure you are doing the correct workout for you and not wasting your time and effort on exercises that will get you nowhere.
Exercise plans are charged at £15 per 4 week plan. Also available for FREE when buying a multipack of Personal Training Sessions.
Workouts2u can also provide a measurement service for any clients requiring specific 'before and after' results. Getting measured is a good way of setting an end goal and having realistic sizing/weight goals based on your fitness aims (e.g. weight loss, muscle gain, toning etc). Measurements will be taken by Alex Lane; a qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer with in-depth knowledge of fitness measurements.
Measurements are priced at £10.00 per sitting (includes all areas of body). Also available for FREE when buying a multipack of Personal Training Sessions.
Lifestyle advice is offered to those who do not have the time to prepare healthy meals or workout many times a week. This advice is given free to all clients and involves small changes that can make a big difference towards a healthier lifestyle.
